So ready for this new year! We went to First Night in downtown. It was a great time and would recommend it to all of you! No pics of Erica, she was with her friends, not her Mom. :)

Erica got a new haircut and went to her first Snowball Dance! She had a great time and looked beautiful!

Nate's teacher pulled together a really nice lunch for his class, I had my doubts, but the kids really enjoyed it!

Nate loved this... they had a Star Wars family fun day at Joseph Beth Bookstore. He played some games and won some small prizes. We also went to see Star Wars Live at Mellon Arena, it was actually a great show!

Well we didn't have too many takers this year... didn't help that it totally poured on us all day long. It was Jonathan, Erica, Nate, me, Jacob and Dan. No one fell in, but we all looked like we did, we were soaked.

Erica and I met a team member and dragged the whole family and Sue, a friend from work. We had so much fun, definitely something we will do again.

Yes, they have started building the monstrosity of a house next to us. It is ginormous, eyesore at this point and we HATE IT! We have come up with 2 good points: it is shielding our house from the weather so, maybe lower heating bills??, and oh... wait, only 1 good point... sorry. I will post current pics as soon as we thaw out here on the S. Side.

G20 Pittsburgh

Erica's Musical Theatre class w/ Mrs. Obama and Carla Bruni of France.

Erica was 1 of 250 students chosen to perform for the spouses of the delegates of the G20 Summit. We were a little afraid at first, but once day one was over, there was nothing to worry about. It was a chance of a lifetime and I am happy she was able to have that experience!
