Phillips Elementary 50th Anniversary

Following in his sister's footsteps, Nathan got to participate in his first school show. He was chosen to help hold up decade signs as his school reminisced it's beginnings. He was a little nervous, but made it through the whole show! Great Job, Nate!!

PITTGIRL.... Good Bye!

Well, I hope some of you got a chance to check out the links on the right side of my blog, specifically PITTGIRL. If not, you really missed out on a get blog! She had to call it quits, someone found out who she was and because of her work, she had to stop blogging.. She really made my day, everyday I looked forward to reading her thoughts, I would laugh out loud in my cube at work and with the way things are there these days, it was something I really needed. I wish her well.... and hope someday, she will decide to reemerge.

Confirmation

Yes, Erica has been Confirmed. She chose her Great Grandma's name on her father's side, Gertrude. It had to have been the longest Mass I have EVER attended. There were so many people being Confirmed and then a whole Catholic Mass, 2.5 hours. It was really nice and Bishop Winter presided over the ceremony. Here is video, we need to get the pics from Uncle Dan.

It's a dog...not a hot dog!

She ate it anyway...

Head Injury...

Grandpa Weaver was complaining all night about a headache...

And the force was with us...

Nate as Anakin Skywalker. This was the first Halloween that I only had to buy '1' costume and it was less than $20.

Halloween, it is!

Yoda pumpkin by Tiffy PAP! We grew this 27lb pumpkin in the empty lot next to our house! Never turned orange, but Yoda is green anyway, so it was perfect!

Pippi Longstocking was here...

Erica dressed up for school today, she made this costume herself! Good job, Erica!
